Every year we learn new enrollment and retention tools from schools that are effectively recruiting families. What makes them successful? What works for them? Although there is not a cookie-cutter plan for all schools, the successful elements and tools used by some schools could be used by most schools with some tweaking. This will be a hands-on workshop and schools are expected to leave with a five-month recruiting and enrollment plan.
